How personal information is handled when you use this website or contact the studio.

Who we are

This website is operated by All Build SA Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as IP Venture Studio, of Adelaide, South Australia. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts and no logins. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us, for example by emailing the address published on this site. That will typically include your name, your email address, your organisation and whatever you choose to tell us.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies, does not use tracking pixels, and does not run advertising or profiling technology. If aggregate visit statistics are collected, they are collected in a form that does not identify individual visitors and is not used to build a profile of you.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether a commercial discussion is appropriate, and to maintain a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we disclose it to

We may disclose personal information to our professional advisers where relevant to your enquiry, and to our email and hosting providers as part of ordinary operations. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure

Our website hosting and email providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use providers that apply appropriate protections.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing admin@jnot.net. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information or your complaint, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
